从奔特力的论坛下载的，国外的一个哥们用VB写的。

1. Make a model in SAP2000
2. Export the model in S2K format (FILE << Export)
3. Run My program (same location where you saved the S2K file)
4. follow on screen instructions
5. Press enter
6. Same location you will find the converted StaadFile. :)

The program I uploaded last time had few bugs. I fixed them and again upload version 1.1.0. Please use this version. I tested the program and found working fine. If you find the bugs please inform me. Your feedback/suggestion is always welcome.

操作步骤简单翻译：
“1。在SAP2000进行建模　　
2。导出模型S2K格式(菜单：文件->导出) 　　
3。运行我的程序(程序请放在您保存S2K文件的目录下) 　　
4。按照屏幕上的指示　　
5。按回车　　
6。同样的目录下,你会发现Staad的std文件有了。:) 　　
这个项目我上传上次几乎没有错误。我修改了一下,再次上传1.1.0版本。请使用这个版本。我测试了程序,没问题。如果你发现错误请通知我。你的反馈/建议总是受欢迎的。

只能导入线几何，没有截面，没有支座，没有荷载。
