金属拱形波纹屋面的受力机理、设计理论研究和结构可靠度分析
摘要:本文以足尺模型实验为基础,从理论研究和实际应用两个角度对金属拱形波纹屋面进行了系统的分析和研究,并对理论分析作了验证和矫正,并对该结构系统做了结构可靠度、设计理论和施工工艺的分析与探讨,具有一定的使用价值和实际应用意义。主要内容如下:
从理论分析角度出发,提出了各向正交异性薄板的有限单元理论,导出了屋面波纹对板元异性化的关系及其影响因素,切实体现了波纹的存在对于屋面受力状态、变形关系和承载能力的影响。
在受力机理研究的基础上,并与工程设计和施工相结合,得出了实用的结构支反力、承载力和结构变形计算的经验公式。根据足尺模型实验研究和工程实际所出现的各种问题,对本结构的的施工安装过程的受力状态进行了分析和研究,并提出了合理的指导施工安装的建议;应用统计学原理,得出了金属拱形波纹屋面的结构可靠度指标;并根据近代空间结构发展的历史和趋势,构想了空间结构与仿生学相结合的学科雏形。

Mechanism, Design Theory and Structural Reliability of
Corrugated Arch Metal Roof
Abstract: Based on the experiments of the full-sized model and from the degrees of theory research and actual application, this paper does the research work on mechanism, design theory and structural reliability of corrugated arch metal roof systemically. Verified and justified by the full-sized model, we offer the theory and methods to the people to design it and its value of application.
From the degree of theoretical analysis, the paper offers the finite element theory of orthotropic thin plate, deduces the relations between the waves and the orthotropic plates, and influence factors to them. It truly reflects the influence to stress and strain state, and the bearing capacity of CAMR, offered by the waves.
On the basis of research of mechanism, and combined the design with the construction of CAMR, we reach the experimental formula for the supporting and internal forces, bearing capacity, deformation of CAMR. Based on the full-sized experiments and actual projects, we analysis the actual state of stress and strain state during the construction, and offer some comments on the design and construction of CAMR. By the statistical principles, we get the index of structural reliability of CAMR. In the light of the developing history and tendency of modern spatial structures, we form the embryo of the branch between spatial structures and bionics.
